first off my boost gauge is reading only 4 psi, why so low? also the map sensor by-pass on the star turbo kit says 97-99 need to remove the map sensor from the intake manifold. what does this mean, un bolt it from the manifold? -Todd

ok about the 4 psi I would doublw check for leeks, however remeber that the star waste gate is set for 7 psi. if the signal line for it is connected to the comprssor you will not see 7 psi at the manifold due to pressure drop associated with the intercooler. you can either connect the wastegate signal line to the manifold or just get a MBC(this is what I did). about the map sensor, did you get the missing link or are you running stars FCD?? I would suggest the missing link because it wont let the map sensor see boost. Works good for me.

is the star fuel cut defender the same as the map sensor by pass. the little black box with 4 wires coming out of it? where does the missing link hook up to, under the map sensor. also with all this stuff, should i still pass emitions? -Todd
