http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2478967118&category=33742 my turbo blew a seal and i don't really want to take the down time right now, plus this one is ball bearing. my question is will this work with the star manifold, i assume so but just double checking and if i rebuild and sell my old turbo (turbonectics t3/t4 with 15,000 on it) what do you think i would get? just trying to offset the cost a little bit.

I've never seen an exhuast flange setup like that. If you can get another flange for that and fab a dp then I'd say get it and use an external wastegate setup.
