My friend just bought a Garrett T04B turbo but it has no flange on the exhaust turbine side. How would he go about getting a flange on there to attach to the downpipe? Do they make any or would he have to have a custom one?

I'm sure some company makes a flange to fit on the exhuast housing. The better question is what DP he is trying to hook up to. That will determine the type/style of flange he needs. What car is he using this on?
