I've been searching the board cuz I am about to start up my car for the first time with this turbo setup, and I have 42lb injectors as well so about 440s, and seems like most people are using the 2.72 ring/disk with the dark spring. Just search to see what you find.

I second that.

For 415-440 cc/min injectors the proven setup is to use the 2.72" disk, dark spring, idle pressure set around 15-20 psi, static pressure set around 30-35 psi. All of this, of course, depends on the alingment of the planets. Play around with different pressures and see what works best on your car.

Oh yeah, sell the S-AFC. You don't need it anymore. Your car will run better without it.
