punctuation and proper grammer is always good for starters! beyond that, if you got the 7-9 psi actuater with the adjustable end on the wastegate arm, you good be only geting 5psi from that. try adjusting that.

stays at 8 psi. it seems to lack power after 5k . i did lean it out a little and it got better . but it still isn't great. im waiting to turn the boost up . or could that be the problem too much fuel (415cc) on 8 psi . i had a problem with a boost controller so i have to wait for it to be returned

I'd wait until you get your boost controller to really diagnose the problem. You don't have a small vac. leak somewhere do you? Check all your vac lines. That will kill boost fast.

19psi fp at idle . i am not pulling any timing with the dis2 . ill check for a vac leak . i don't have the filter in the missing link if that would do anything

The big disk? the 2.75" or something one?
I'd say you're way too rich. But then, i've never used an SFMU..

I'd put the filter back in. The ML mounts direclty to your intake manifold, which is were your vac lines are tied in to. Any opening is going to cause a leak.
