#70241, "Burning oil... smoking... :-["

Ok, I have a turbonetics t3 that I purchased used as a kit. when I first got the kit, there was oil all in the intercooler, and apparently its been leaking just a little bit into the IC since I've had it on. but just recently, i started getting white smoke comming out of my exhaust. For about the first 10-15 minutes of driving, the exhaust smokes... after awhile it stops though. When I look under the hood after just starting the car, and I rev it up a little bit, I can see oil oozing out of the small gap between my wastegate(internal) and the turbo. I'm assuming I have a blown seal in the turbo. There is slight shaft play on the turbo, I can wiggle it about 2mm in each direction, all of the blades are fine and it spools just fine. Recently also I noticed the turbo has started to make a whistle sound when it spools up, unlike the normal spool up sound. I'm assuming the blades are just barely scraping the walls around the turbines and its causing it to whistle, but that I'm not sure of. But anyway, any suggestions/comments/ideas about my situation would be appreciated. Please only reply if you are fairly experienced mechanically. Thanks.
