I gap mine in between .030-.035 that seems the best to me. For turbo cars thats what you should gap to. When I had them gapped at like .50 it wasn't good haha.

I left my BKR7E's at ~34/35, right out of the box... engine seems to like em this way

A gap of about 30 mills is good for the stock ignition. MSD and Crane users can get away with a little more, I've had pretty good luck with 37-40 mills with a MSD DIS-2.
