I am having trouble keeping the LOGGER connected doing the byte timing and inter-packet tests. Does anyone with a 95 have any figures that I can manually punch in to get the logger running and staying connected.

Which logger are you having trouble with? My OBD-2.com logger has no problem staying connected. The RRE logger always gets disconnected.
