Has anyone with a HRC kit done something different with the oil drain line? I can't imagine the line will last forever with it resting on the waterpipe, and in close proximity of the DP.
HRC list the line to be around 30$. Kinda pricy IMO.
Just want to hear other alternatives. I was thinking of looking for a SS braided line with teflon inner. Whacha think?

I am running a -10 AN billet oil drain flange to a -10AN oil/fuel/chemical resistant 1500 psi resistoflex line to a -10AN bulkhead fitting. I will try and get some pics up later tonight if i remember to take the camera home!

hard to see, but its the HRC hose barb plate (hose barb cut off) drilled and tapped for a 3/8(?)npt to 8an fitting. I have the same fitting braized into the oil pan.

Yo Kaiser,
Teflon line is bank!!! especially in -10/-12 sizes. Fittings for teflon line are special too. I was planning on trying to run an aluminum hardline from the turbo to the pan. This would solve ALL heat, temp, and age related failures.

HRC's line is on $5.99, i got a 15" for $6.25 b/c of the extra 3", they will last a long time and it is not $30. I just bought one a few weeks ago. Shipping would probably bring it up to $10-12 bucks.
