#6911, "Other equipment"

LAST EDITED ON 29-Jun-01 AT 09:25 AM (PST)

Eventually i will be boosting and i wanted to know what other equipment i would need besides the obvious. Things like apexi s-afc and such, turbo timer, boost controller, etc. I have done a lot of research so i am sure i wanna go turbo, but just wanted to get a consensus of all the "extras" i would need so i can save up for 'em.
BTW-i'm gonna get an HRC stage 2 w/ FMIC and eventually upgrade to possibly a stage 4 and build up my internals.

Gauges:
EGT, A/f (JUMPTRONIX!), fuel pressure, boost

Supporting mods:
SAFC, Injectors (size varies with whatcha wanna do), recalibrated fuel pressure riser (what comes with HRC?), exhaust (i'd go 2.5 if you haven't already)

Nice stuff to have:
RIMS. If you're still on the stockers, you'll spin 'em a lot. It'd be worth it to get something wider. Brake upgrades are nice. Failing that, at least get some STB's.. that way, if ya can't stop, you can at least dodge pretty well emoji

This is by no means a complete list.. As as it goes, other than the gauges, none of it is 100% necessary. The HRC kit is very complete and well arounded right out of the box.
