My question is how some people did it? My turbo kit came with an adapter that had a hole tapped for the oil feed. But I need to install a solenoid for the oil pressure gauge. The solenoid is quite bulky and needs a lot of space. Drilling another hole in the adapter isn't an option. ( the solenoid won't be able to screw in because its too close to the block) Does anyone think that buying a T fitting and then running a steel braided line to the solenoid so that it is kind of remotely hooked up is a good idea? Will it still give accurate readings?

it will still give accurate readings but you should have it attached as close as possible. i went to lowes and got a standard pumping large T fitting. worked fine. i have my oil pressure sending unit directly on the T fitting. on the other side of the T fitting, a steel braided line goes to the turbo

With the standard fitting, you had enough room next to the engine block to screw the oil pressure sending unit in? That's my only worry. It's pretty tight quarters in there.

LoL OMG Im having this same problem too. My tee is to close to the block to screw in both the oil sender and the oil feed fitting lines. I was thinking just about getting a like 2" adaptor to extend the tee out (if the even make them) it would be best if they made a 3/8 90* tee so I could point the oil sender towards the fire wall and not parallel withthe back of the block. Yeah, that looks like it'll work. Knowing my luck, the threads will start in the wrong place and it'll end up pointing the wrong way still. Oh well, I'll give it a try.
