I just foundf out that hahn doesnt sell his intercooler piping seperately for our cars. Well all my intercoler plans are gone now. I have to think of some other type of piping to use I guess. Anyone selling their HRC stage two(side mount) piping? It would make it easier on me if I had it. Anyone have any suggestions on piping I could use?

I actually was full force about to make some piping myself before the MWC deal fell in my lap. I bought a bunch of mandrel bent piping needed to make your own FMIC piping set. All you would need is something to cut, and someone to either weld or have a bunch of connectors. I bought a bunch of the piping from JC Whitney for about $100 plus shipping. ( I calulated what I would need) Some of it is 2.25" and some of it is 2".(2.25" for inlet, and 2" for outlet) I calculated more than enough needed to mimic the HRC piping.
I tell you what (or anyone else for that matter). I'll sell it for half that at $50, and you pay shipping. I know, it's just a bunch of mandrel bent piping, but it'll conform to whatever setup you need. It'd be cake for ANY muffler guy with a welder.

Get a tube or pipe cutter from the plumbing section of the hardware store. It cuts pipes clean in seconds. just put the pipe in it and spin the blade around until it cuts. Thats what I used to cut my intake pipe. Just get plenty of couplers and piping and it will come together. may take a little down time to get it all together but no more than a weekend (you should have hit up MWC.jason beat me to his 1rst pipe and I beat you to his second. Hey why dont you have him make it. isn't he in the auto garage business now).

Jason....What method of payment? I want them!!! You mention that some of the piping is 2". Shouldnt it all be 2.25"? I thought the inlet and outlet on the starion were both 2.25"? Or are you talking about the turbo outlet being 2"? Whatever the size I want it. Thanks for all your help Jason!!! Yeah you beat me to the piping. I didnt think I would be goin gstage two so quickly. LOL
Here's what it consists of, and I'm just looking over my shoulder at it. Four (4) HUGE mandrel bent U-bends, and two (2) 90 degree mandrel bent angles in the 2" variety.
I did get some in 2 inch and some in 2.25". I'm not exactly sure about the theory behind it, but I'm pretty sure that both HRC and STAR use the same variance in piping sizes. It has something to do with spool-up efficiency and so on. I did make a pretty good estimate on how much was needed for each pipe, however you may have to supplement with some straight pipe, if necessary.
Oh yes, and my modified Starion inlets and outlets are at 2.25", but when I connected them to the 2" outlet, it wasn't as if it required any special connector to get the connection established. 1/4 inch isn't any significant amount for any connector, but I'll see if I can send you a reducer. I'm sure I have one lying around. (It'll be a BONUS! )
I'll get the shipping figured out man. It's all yours. The piping looks absolutely mint(since it's just been sitting in my computer room), but if I were you, maybe look for a hook-up to get the stuff painted...preferrably powder coated. There was a dude in my town who could apparently do it, so I'm guessing the technology isn't anything out of a common person's reach.

MY e-mail is D9E9G@aol.com.....Yeah I will have them powder coated. I also have someone that can weld the pipes together too. Thanks again!!! BTW...what are the pipes made of? I am wondering because aluminum is harder to weld.
