#6833, "I'll show you a downpipe DAMNIT (help please)"

well shit. i just finished ranting and asking questions so i can get passed this little test that life has thrown at me, AND IT GET ERASED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its kind of one of those days.
I have today and Wednesday off and i want to get my turbo on before i have to go back to work. I conncected my downpipe to do the oil return and this is f@#$ing ridiculous! I can't only get the hard line matched up, but i couldnt even get my o2 sensor in the downpipe if the oil lines were perfect. How off would you want to make something?
Now where should i put the flex section and where should i get it done?
This is one project i dont want to be finished in a shop cuz im positive i can do it.
the only thing ive learned from this turbo is it = frustration = blood and flesh = pain = money = frustration = blood and flesh = pain = money = fr...............you get it
Thanx for listening and helping,
Isaac

When i got my kit, my o2 bung was WAAAY off as well. I actually had to move it down the pipe about four inches to get it to clear the compressor. The muffler shop did it for me for free, because i was doing my install across the street and they had been watching me all day. I threw the thing over my shoulder, crossed the street... it took them about ten minutes.

See the patch, and the relocated bung? WAAAAAY off...
