*APC Carbon Fiber side Mirrors
*Multi Layer Candy Blue Paint w/ Ghost Flames

Engine:
*Garret T4T3 turbo

The ownwer says its perfect now and runs like a 13.8 quater mile, but to be honest i'd like to make it a little faster. WHat should i do next? I dont want to be running too much HP and jeopardize the engine, axle, or any other components that may be at risk. I need advice on what to do. I was considering rebuilding the bottom end and running more boost (Right now its at 8psi) but i dont know if the car could handle any more even with new pistons, rods, etc. PLEASE HELP ME!

He is on this board. That car is probably one of the nicest cars on here.

I would say the next step is to build up the bottom end and run more boost. thegame is selling his brand new bottom end because he decided to sell his car. Drop that in, crank up the boost to like 16 psi. Then build an 8-injector setup with some 440's and turn the boost up to 22 psi. Then get a bigger turbo and make some sick power! emoji

WHat else would i need to do to make that happen though? Would i need new motor mounts? Would i have to replace the axle? Or can i just rebuild w/ bottom end kit and get bigger injectors and run 22psi? THanks!

If you are serious and plan to buy this extremely fine examble of a 2GNT done right then do so and learn about the car and how it was built to it's current status. Use 2GNT as a tool and guide for future plans and modification routes. Good luck wtih your endeavours, sir.

why thank you derek. emoji

and yes... what you need next to solve your problem is to buy my bottom end. emoji its the 2.0 liter from this site.... http://www.vtengines.com/420ASB.htm let me know if your interested. got it sitting here waiting to be sold.

edit - it will be about the same price (maybe a little bit lower), but u dont have to rip your engine out or find a core to send them, and..... u dont have to wait the 2 months itll take to finish it.

Thanks thegame, but i can't go buying it right away, as ive been told my countless members of the 2gnt site i need to learn the car first, which i also feel is necessary. If you still have it a little down the road i might be more able to consider the purchase, but with buying the car soon im going to need a little time to learn the car and to get some money to put into it. Hypothetically if i buy that bottom end, it would replace my current bottom end? Also if i do that will i be able to crank up any boost at all or would it be best to continue running the 8psi that its currently at? Thanks.

In your previous post you asked what do you need to do to run 12psi everyone said build your bottom end. Forged Pistons, Connecting rods, Nice rings, New bearings and head studs. These upgrades will be enough to hold more boost.
