how many bolts hold on the manifold? i havent gotten the turbo yet, or taken the heat shield of the header, and i want to order the 8mm gst exhast manifold bolts, but i dont know how many there are.

also where might i be able to have the manifold polished or coated that will stand up to the heat of the turbo and wont look nasty after a few weeks.
