#67575, "Spark Plug Gap? after rebuild questions?"

I have the rebuild kit and super 16g turbo setup, and will have it installed within 2-3 weeks. I have a screamin deamon coil pack and magnecor wires and ngk spark plugs, bkre6, what gap should they be, i am starting off fresh and new so i will be buying everyhting new. I have 30lb injecors, inline fuel pump, intank pump, v-sfmu, should i upgrade my injectors to run 15-16psi with race gas? Just a few questions i want to know so i can have this car running the way i want it for the first time. I also will be getting a new super 16g turbo soon before the rebuild is done.

I use my fingernail to gap my plugs... emoji

Just kidding... the ammount of gap you need to run can vary depending on your ignition setup, motor setu and the plugs you use...
I get best results with a gap around 0.030.

Something like that...

I use BKR5E-11 plugs BTW... emoji

Yeah... most people run the BKR7... but I don't emoji
It works... that's all I'm gonna tell you. Runs better than with BKR6 also... I may try the MKR7 next time... but if the BKR5 runs perfect for me at 19psi... then why change.. emoji
