Anyone have a secret trick to unbending them? I use a thin tweezer and found good results but the bad thing is that it is so small. Any thoughts out their?

i think they make a tool to fix the fins on a radiator so that would probably work for a intercooler

I second the small screw driver approach: lots of patients and time NOT INCLUDED. Sold Seperately

2 small flat head screw drivers on to put under and the other to flatin it back out just sandwich the the fin between the to screw drivers. worked for me
