#66865, "some turbo issues with a friends car"

heres the deal i am posting this for a guy that is not yet a member and is in the process of getting registered. here is what he sent me and all work that has been done so far has been done by a ricer shop.
now i personally will never take my car to this shop cause when i was in there the day i met tim, they were telling him that it is normal of eclipses to blow an exhaust gasket after only 2 weeks and if he wanted a better car he should have bought a honda.

All right I have a 96 RS Eclipse with a completely rebuilt 420a it has 8:1 compression and the star stage 2 turbo kit on it. I also have the S_AFC with the stock injectors. The problem I'm having is that it keeps falling on it's face when i give it gas. I've talk to a couple of people and they seem to think the injectors are putting more fuel into the engine than it can burn so it falls on it's face when I let of the clutch if you can give me any ideas i would appreciate it thanks.

He needs to post the following info for us to help him:

1) Fuel cut defenser (FCD) type (Missing Link, VCD, HRC, etc)
2) Fuel pressure at idle
3) Fuel pressure at 0psi (vacuum hose detached from FPR)
4) Fuel pressure at 5psi
5) Type of FPR - including ratio, ring, disc, spring used.

CEL?

What does he mean "falling flat" cause it sounds like fuel cut if it is like a bucking motion.
