Well I just read at this url http://home.hawaii.rr.com/twinturboz/blitz.htm

that I should completely remove the 10mm nut (and presumably the threaded "stake" it sets in place) to help reduce the "darth vader" sounds before I actually hit boost... Is this correct? Removing parts I know little about scares me.

(Currently I can rev the motor, bov will kinda halfass-sound even if I don't get to + boost)

duh... you wont get to any kind of boost really because your car isn't under load. furthermore than bov wont sound the same because the car isn't seeing boost becaust its not under load.

as far as the parts.. i dunno.

i was on the road, not just revving it in the driveway... I figure i just have to set aside an hour or something... tear up a road, adjust it a little, so on and so forth until its right... =-\
