This is my exact setup any suggestions with current set up plaese let me know:
255 Walbro to Factory fuel line to the factory fuel rail with factory injectors. Off the fuel rails test port I have a S.S. fuel line to the FMU with a 9:1 plate. The return line from the FMU is a hard line which is much bigger than the factory feed line. I do have a SAFC and I am using the Missing Link. My O2 sensor is brand new and I am using an O2 simulator for the rear O2 since I killed the catalytic convertor. I also have replaced my spark plugs with NGK V-Bands 7E's. My exhaust is a custom dp which 2 1/2"s to 2 1/2" mandrel bent exhaust with Magnaflow Race muffler.
Now here is my problem. Remember I am learning as I go like most others have. My car seems to fall on its face at 40% throttle(like its running lean)so the SAFC says. I dont know what fuel cut off is like so I dont know if thats what it is or if its still just running lean and needs the SAFC turned up or maybe different discs in the FMU. I was told that depending on where the FMU is in relation to the fuel rail before or after will tell you which way to go on disc size. Does anyone know which way Im suppose to go with the FMU running off the test port? I know A/F gauges are a waste but I can tell you when it starts to fall on its face the A/F gauge is pegged in the green then right when it falls on its face the A/F gauge reads pegged red. I have the throttle set at 10 and 70 on the SAFC and the sensor type is on pressure. I was told you can use the factory injectors up to around 10 psi and Im not even close to that yet. I am trying to run 5psi. I dont have a fuel pressure gauge yet but so many are running without them and they arent seeing this problem. Also the car seems to idle just fine and normal driving is also looking good. I do plan on jumping up to 310 injectors when I can afford it but that doesnt seem to be my problem. Please no flaming just constructive criticism only. From looking at other turbo setups (HRC and Star) I have all the necessary items to make this work.

Ok I have been doing some truoble shooting and have come up with this which seems odd too me. My MAP sensor voltage at idle is at 1.4v I dont know what it should be at idle but Im thinking much lower than that more like .5 to .9 I would think. Also I was checking the sensor check on the SAFC and it was saying my MAP sensor at 40% throttle was a 4.65v which Im guessing is fuel cut off. Right? So why would my voltage be so high at idle and why would the voltage hit 4.6 when only at 40% throttle?
Ok so after reading ner's post on fuel cut off Im thinking I need to make a trip to Shit Shack also and do this little trick he posted.
