I got a new intercooler, 5psi wastegate actuator and i am still leaking b/c it only runs up to 3psi without boost controller and with the bc it only reads 4 psi no matter how high i turn up the boost. I have a downpipe leak where it connects to the turbo. It is the bottom bolt that everyone has trouble with since the bend is right there. I have done spent almost 5 grand on my piece of shit that cannot run 5psi without boosting right.

You definitely need to tighten up that exhaust leak. Is there a gap between the dp and the turbo? I'd think you should be able to see more than 4psi with a BC, even with a slight leak--unless there's a sizeable gap.

Well, i changed the position of my wastegate and put my 10psi wastegate actuator on and ran it again and it reads up to 6psi and then goes back to 5 and that is without the boost controller. The leak from the downpipe is a gap that needs to be closed, it is a quite a big size. The bolt is not screwed in all the way b/c of me modifying my downpipe, so it leaks clearly and you can see where it does not meet the turbo. My boost gauge is tee'd in with my brake vacuum line that goes to the intake manifold.
