You guys do realize that a 3" downpipe for a S16G turbo is pretty much overkill right? You do know that the opening of the exhaust outlet of the turbo is 2"? To make 3" even remotely fit in there, is going to necessitate an very sharp bend downward of the pipe right off the turbo..yeah, thats good for flow! NOt to mention that there is no way to even fit a 3" flange onto the turbo itself, which means a reducer needs to be used, or some other means to make it bolt up. I can barely fit the 2.5" pipe on the flange as it is..The efficiency range of the S16g turbo is nowhere near requiring the need for a 3" downpipe. A 2.5" is plenty, enough for over 450HP for sure, which is well over the efficiency range of the S16G. If anything, it would be best to use 3" cat-back piping, and 2.5" turbo to cat. That would make a very good, breathable setup.

Those pics are good, but I think he is going to need a side shot of the whole DP to get a solid idea of what is looks like.

Does the radiator hose rub against the 3" dp? It doesn't look like there's enough clearance. Just curious.

There's one in here somewhere- its the dirty grey thing on the bottom right.

The Air Conditioner lines are the closest to the downpipe.

The 3 bolts coming off the side of the turbo barely allow for a 2.5" diameter pipe.
