I hooked up the speed sensor on my turbo timer and took it out for a little test drive. Then when I get back I see a pool of oil was in my drive way and hella oil was dribbling onto the ground. I'm all fuck and I turn the car off, I lost a lot of oil but not sure how much, it was dry when I checked the dip stick, hope the engine wasn't damaged.

I think I've isolated the leak. I think it came from the oil pressure sensor. So you guyz that said it was ok to run with a broken sensor are wrong and should get a new one or plug it up. Damn hope the engine and turbo are fine. Good think I was only driving around the block.

Who said it was fine to do (it may be fine if its electrically damaged not physically). When I broke mine during the install I capped it off with a brass fitting and teflon tape.

I wouldn't trust any broken thing under my hood, especally something that has to do with oil!!! I'd get it fixed, even if it's not necessary.



Ball Bearing Star Stage II

I use to have a White 99 GS Sport with a Star Stage II Ball Bearing T3/T4 turbo...it was fun untill....well those who remember me know Oh Ya...this is what I have now... a 99' GSX...

signs of blow-by.. put oil in.. start the car and see if smoke or oil is coming out of the breather tube on top of your valve cover. how does it idle? a majority of people that start screaming .. "oh shit oil everywhere but in the engine" have cracked pistons. peace out.
