When i set the idle pressure without vacuum,i set it to 25psi,and then when i connect the vacuum from the intake manifold, it drops to 20psi,is that normal or is there some kind of problem. I will be running 8-10psi when my intercooler gets here tuesday, what do i have to set besides the idle, do i need to set any other pressures. I have been having fuel problems and i want it right,if there is thread in the search section, just link it here and i would appreciate it.

That's normal.
25psi is your "static" fuel pressure. 20psi is your "idle" fuel pressure.
