#6534, "NEbody kno which on is the Speed Sensor wire?"

Just got an HKS Type 1 Turbo Timer and got it hooked up perfectly except for the speed sensor. Yeah I know it's only in KM but I'd like to get the most outta my timer. I always wonder how fast I'm driving in Japan too ^_^" I know the solid white is the RPM just incase someone is curious. Woohoo cool seeing the RPMs go up and down and beep when you get to a certain RPM hehe... emoji

If any of you live in the Bay Area Bozz performance in Fremont sells em for 125.

should be a yellow and white wire not matter what year. On my ECU, a '99, its Pin66. But on '95 models look for Pin45. I think that speed feature might also be a security feature right? I don't have that on my Apexi timer, but my buddy has an speed hook-up on his turbo timer and its there to sense if the car is being driven while turbo timing down, and will shut it off. Its just a step above and beyond the parking brake security feature, cuz I'm sure we all know at one time or another you can still drive away with the parking brake not fully engaged but the light still on.....
