I'm starting to get my stuff together for my turbo I have 14b, 1g side mount intercooler, and a HKS BOV. I have access to a welding machine but I was wondering how to do my piping from the TB to the extremely tiny intercooler outlet. I ordered a 2" to 2.5" reducer to help from the throttle body but I am not sure where to go from there. If anyone can help at all please do. Please keep in mind I am not trying to spend a fortune on this.

well, i can tell you from personal experience, that you WILL spend as much as if not more, going the "custom" route versus buying a pre-done kit. having said that....

just run 2" or 2 1/4" (no bigger than) piping from the TB to the IC and get a reducer from that to the 1 3/4" IC tube. OR you can have some cutom work done to remove the 1 3/4" inlets and have 2" ones welded on, thats what i did. other than that, "how" the piping is ran is up to you and your imagination and welding skills.
