#65179, "fuel injector and pressure question"

i am now undergoin a rebuild about to order all my parts so let me tell you my plans, im auto planning on 12-15psi with a t3 60trim, walbro intank and sfmu with 8.8.1 comp long rod rebuild. so here is my question

what size injectors should i get, are the accel 30lbs enough?
what disk and spring to run in the sfmu with which injectors and what F.P should i be running
and will the walbro alone be enough with say the 30lbs injectors at 13 or 14 psi of boost.
And lastly where the hell can i find injectors online, i know ert has 30lbs'ers anywhere else cheaper????

440cc

2.72 disc and ring with dark spring idle: 18psi of fuel, boost 15lbs, 80psi of fuel.

the walbro intake by itself will be fine.

ebay or rcengineering for 440cc. just find saturated 440cc injectors and youll fine. hondas use them as wel.

you think they are expensive? sure.. go ahead and buy your 310cc injectors.. then in about a month youll wish you bought 440s.. youll try and sell the 310s and maybe get a little money back but then youll still have to bite the bullet and tget the 440s..

sounds like you need to save the hassle.

Check out HRC's website. They use Accel's, so they are very good injectors. RC eng seems to be a bit expensive.. HRC has 415's for 60 bucks each..

You could also go in halves on a set of (8) Accel 40 lb/min (420 cc/min) injectors. From Jegs, they are about $52.50 each. You should keep in mind that Accel injectors will be different from RC injectors. Accels will be the standard pintel tip. RC's will have a different tip with 3 openings. That will change the spray pattern. I'd expect that RC chose that tip for a reason (not for price).
