well i went to check the wiring on the safc to see if i had the 2 map wires backwards, and out of curiosity i checked my fuse box. one was missing. and you'll never guess what was connected into that circuit. THE FCD. DUH. all this for nothing. at least it is finally running and everyone who tried to help i will give points too as i get around to it. THANKS 2GNT.COM

P.S. it is still running a little rich, but it goes like a bastard, HELL YEAH emoji
