all the turbos used on the chrysler old turbo engine used the same proprietary flange, garrett or mitsubishi it doesn't matter

it's a flange with an offset on one bolt hole

Also if you carefully you will notice something that could make the instalation of such turbocharger on a 420a engine a major PITA
they are built in reversed than the majority of the turbos on the planet
when you stick it up front with the flange facing the manifold the exhaust side will be on the driver side while the compressor side will be on the passenger side
and i turn the turbo to have it on the right side for our cars the exhaust outlet will point toward the hood

If you want my opinion yes
it's a small turbo , the rest of your custom system would cost the same with a bigger turbo
unless it's the largest of the garrett, the one of the 222 Hp Spirit R/T it's worth it or a VNT-25

Let me see if I can take some pictures of my setup after work. I have the smaller one, TEO4H from Mitsubishi and I had the same problem. I asked my friend in the metal shop to make me an adapter or spacer and turn the downpipe 180 degrees. You will also have to rotate both housings and leave the center section where it is. I used this turbo because, fisrt I go it for free and second I didn't wanted to put too much stress on the engine. I have run even 15 psi in occasions with no detonation and I have had fun with it.
