how to install a mbc? i bought the turbxs high performance mbc. i read the instructions, but i am confuzed. heres what my setup is right now. Turbo is capped, and i have a line running from the wastegate T'd into a line with my boost gauge and bov from the mani.
So.... i think this is how i install the mbc. Take off the line on my WG and connect it into the brass nipple. Now the WG has nothing on it. Then, take the supplied hose and put it on the blue nipple. Take the other end and put it on the WG. Done. Is this correct? Should i leave my turbo capped?

I just installed the same boost controler over the weekend. It took me a couple reads to understand the directions also. Here's how to connect it:
Port on Compressor side of turbo --> Brass nipple on MBC Blue nipple on MBC --> Wastegate Actuator on Turbo
Before installing the MBC, remember to turn the coarse adjustment screw about 3 turns in the couter-clockwise direction to take up the sping slack. You shouldn't hear the ball and spring mechanism rattling when the MBC is gently shaken.
Also, make sure to clamp all hoses. Blowing off one of these hoses could result in severe motor damage.

oh yea i dont like tapping into the compressor housing, yes its a close signal, but its telling what the boost pressure is in the compressor housing, the intake manifold pressure is what the car sees..
so that is why its the best place to tap from
well like etx said try not to tap everything off one source, though you never stated where you tapped anything from and the mbc has to be inline with the wg
i went brake booster line to mbc, then mbc to wg side port.. since the BB is the biggest vac line I used that
then boost guage n blow off are tapped of the fpr
when i get a new im , im going to have seperate nipples on the im for each vac source.. or just ge ta vac box ..

His wastegate, bov and boost gauge are on the same signal line. That's not really a bad thing, if it's plumbed properly. The line from the intake should be larger than the lines from the T's to the bov/wg/gauge. That will ensure enough throughput makes it to each device. If not you may see a little boost spiking and your bov not opening quickly enough.
I get a boost signal from the compressor housing, but it dosen't matter because I have an EBC. The unit just needs presure to open the wastegate and modifies that signal.
