what is an NER turbo kit? i thought there was only hahn and star but this guy sais he had a NER?

This is me taking a pic of the 2" gaping hole in his NER turbo manifold.

Well, for what it's worth, the design of the NER manifold was excellent - it was a gret idea. it was the materials and welding that ruiined it, and the bad shop behind it all. Too bad - it had a lot olf potential.

Anyone has some good pics of the manifold ?
the only thing I remember about it was that it was some kind of equal length type manifold

I don't have a pic, but the whole thing was a large curve down towards the starter, then back up to the turbine inlet. The wastegate was centrally mounted behind the turbo dawing off from the collector. Very directional, equal length, good wastegate placement.

yeah fook NER. I was one of the ones who got ripped. The manifold was nice like dino said. I was actually the third person to pay off the kit so I recieved about half of it. I got all the piping, turbo, and bov but no fuel setup. When i got it I could tell it was put together really shittly. I have all kinds of pictures that i'll try and post up but someone were to copy that manifold and produce some quality ones that would be an awesome thing. The downpipe was in 2 pieces tho is what i didnt understand. Shaun told me that it would work tho but you see how that turned out. I sold my kit to a guy in town, he put it on a guys car and the guys car caught fire a week later, so they took it off lol. I'll look around the guy who bought it from me's old shop and see if he through it out or something if someone would wanna buy the mani for cheap to produce if i find it
