#62329, "How to flatten power curve?...fun runs out when max boost reached"
I love the feeling of the car going into boost and reaching it, but when it reaches the max boost the power just drops off. Is there a way to make the power curve less peaky and more broad. I have Joe P MBC (7 psi) so I know that the boost is sticking to the preset level. It's like at 3k-5k is where the power is at but that power band is just too small..I could get a .48 a/r and get a faster spool but it'll hinder at high rpms which I also want. Any thoughts..thanks Alvin

Invest in some cams.

i have the same issue...even with a stage 2 kit, crane #12 cams and a bunch of other high rpms mods...and at 8psi it still feels like it goes flat once the wastgate is fully open...i know the car is still going fast...but just don't "feel" it once i hit full boost...

I have a 2.5" catback and the Star DP so my exhaust should be sufficient.. I got the 60mm T/B on the way. I need to take it to a dyno to see where the power is at and where it falls off. Alvin
