right now im running 5psi and w/ stock injectors and a walbro intank pump, at idle with the vaccum line connected to the vortech sfmu my idle is like 41-43psi, now from what i have been reading isnt the idle pressure suppose to be a bit higher than that, im not exactly sure what it is under boost cuz its mounted in the engine bay and i rarely have some1 helping me out on the car, but when im driving around and floor it the a/f gauge stays pinned in the middle of the rich side and my egts never go over 1400,( i have the probe on the downpipe, 200* diff.) so what do u think?

1400 on the dp is a bit lean IMO. That would put you at around 1600, which is in the danger zone. I don't know what your total setup is, but it sounds like you need just a bit more fuel.

Yes, that is too lean! Stock fuel pressure should be around 45-47 psi, some go higher if you need more boosted fuel pressure under your full boost. If your EGT is in the downpipe, then your are at lest a few hundred degrees off from the manifold. Dont let your EGT's go higher than 1350-1375 at most.. Your blinky light A/F gauge should be on the second to very last rich led..

What he /\ said. I'm a stage oner too and I'm tuned a bit richer than needed at 49 psi at idle and if I remember right I peg 90 psi under full boost. I'd turn up the fuel a bit. I think our stock injectors are good to 120psi so don't be afraid to turn up the fuel a bit.
