ok guys...

i got a question about the crappy vortech sfmu. I cant seem to find a return line in this 420a eclipse. i mean, everyone is telling me "go to the rail" there should be a return, there isnt, and theres no fuel pressure regulator on the end of the rail. so, do you guys know where to go for a return?

also, a question about oil pressure gauges. where did you guys tap the pressure sender in to ? i got mine off of the oil pressure switch. and it does work but the needle just stays at 40! it moves a bit when i floor it (up to 60) and then just sits there. is there something wrong with the sender?

i hope someone can gimme an answer to this crap! i spent all week fabbing my manifold, and i was all ready to hook it up but, damn fuel return.

for the fuel system, it sounds like you have the 96+ system that has a returnless fuel system. you will need to install a new return line, it's not very hard.

your oil pressure seems fine. above 2000-2500 ish RPM's you should see 50+ psi of oil pressure.

you did.

we have a return fuel system. it just returns from 1 foot away from the tank, since the regulator is just after the tank/pump. just run a line from the test port on the fuel rail. and on the bottom of the sfmu, run a line from that, to the back of the car, to the return port on the fuel tank. and btw, dont ever say that the vortech unit is crappy. its the best thing that use 4 injector people can run right now. (cheaply)
