I have a 95 eclipse gs with a hahn stage 2 kit. I am in the process of going to a stage 3 and have the engine pulled apart. What I wont to know is is anyone using eagle h-beam rods and running 18-20 psi of boost and if you are how long have you been doing so? I am also looking at getting wisco pistons becouse thay come in standard size at 87.5mm I already checked my cylinders for ware and thay are ok. So my second question is is anyone using wisco pistons and running 18-20 psi and if you are how long have you been using them? Thanks for all your responses in advance

People have done your setup, I'd reccomend je pistons and doing a .02 over bore. That way you start fresh, you dont want to be doing it again if a ring didn't seal. Do it right the first time. Also people have had quality issues with wisco. Nick 97RS turbo8u> shut your SUCK ZAO684: NIPPLE warning...maybe>?

I would strongly advise you NOT to use wiseco pistons. I have run 20 psi on my eagle H beam rods and JE pistons. These eagles are good up to about 600 hp.

I have never heard of a quality issue or complaint with WISECO pistons, many a 4g63 motor has them in it making lots of HP.

Thanks for all your help guys! I have my motor apart but the block and trans are still in the car and I really dont wont to take the motor out if I dont have to like I said in my first post I did check the cylinders and I only got .001 taper. So I was just going to hone them to make sure the new rings will seat.I have another question I have read that some guys are using a ACE stage 3 clutch I called them and thay said thay dont sell one for my 95 gs eclipse. Are thay using a differant flywheel or what. And if I can use one how much do thay cost? Right now I am planing on using a centerforce dual friction. Thanks again for all your responses.
