ok.. coming from *i think* the manifold.. it's a ticking obviously. however it goes away after the car get's warm. fairly quickly actually. the car doesn't even have to be fully "warmed up". so i'm confused. if it was in fact an exhaust leak, although it may get quiter once the car is warm, wouldn't you still hear it a little? once the mani warms up it totally goes away, as far as i can hear.

hmm. if ticking is a symptom then i'm pretty sure i have one too. my car's been down on power and i'm close to positive that my manifold is fubar, just another reason to get headers

my car wasn't always in the best care. i think a good example of that would be that my ecu has numbers written on it in paint pen like it came from a junkyard.
