I just got the fuel mapper (vc1) from hahn for the kit i am installing next week. It only has two wires on it. I thought it was supposed to have three. Can anyone tell me where these two wires go? One is red and the other is black.

they go to the map sensor.
Its on the left side of the thortle body...

I looked at the throttle body and I saw that there are 3 wires going to it. One brown and red, one green, and one black. I am assuming the black goes on the black but does the red go on the brown and red or the green?

I dont have a manual..I got the kit used and MWC has a 95 so he never had to put one on his car. Mine is 97 OBDII. And BTW if I wanted a new manifold gasket would it be the same as a stock one?

yes the black goes on the black..
The red goes to the wire closest to you, if you are looking inside the engine bay fromright side of the car.. the wire that is not side by side with the black ....
