im in the middle of buyin a custom mani and S16G together for $550 shipped is that a good price?(no shaft play and 2k miles on it) I have a general idea of wat i need to get. heres my list let me kno if i missed nething...thx

You set up is going to be pretty close to mine except I have a water cooled T3.

don't forget your oil lines. You also might need a wastegate don't know if thats included with the turbo.

you'll want to get 4an ss braided hoses for your fuel set up. summitracing.com has everything you should need. Use a 10an ss hose for you oil return line and a 4 an ss hose for your feed line. You'll also need some adapters for the whole fuel and oil setup. I'm just finishing my custom turbo kit and only need intercooler piping and downpipe. goodluck your gonna need it.

some have said even when making a custom kit, to go to hahn for all the hoses, fittings, lines, etc..... they know what you'll need, but i have no clue on pricing....

its only like $65. It's better to get one now then to think your cars messed up cause your not getting any fuel

For a custom turbo kit, just do everything yourself.
I bend, I weld and I make my OWN intercooler piping.
I also make my own downpipe and own fuel lines.
I also make my own oil return lines.

If you do more search and study more, you will find out that buying those kit is COMPLETELY waste of money. And you will also find out that they are SO EASY to make that they just don't worth that much money.

I already want to do everything myself, but I just haven't figured out how to do my own IC pipes and down pipe. I think I've fineally got the whole fuel system figured out and those two things are all i have left to figure out. Then I'll start buying everything I need(even if it does take a few years). just wanna kno if this is a good deal...custom 420a manifold with HRC super 16G Turbo, 1G BOV with flange and elbow, custom 2.5DP with Flex section for 800shipped...is that a good price the turbo itself has 2k miles on it with no shart play and the mani is in good condition...and yes it comes with a internal wastegate...thx alot In Advanced...
