#59363, "Turbo In Tomorrow... Air Filter?"

Sup guys.
I am still lost about this... I been going to alot of Auto stores...looking for air filter...but I can't find the right size.

My problem is, my 16G turbo intake (where the air filter goes) are only 1.75in OD. and all the cold air intake air filter are 3" at the opening. So how the hell I connnect them to my turbo?

How you guys did it?
Any tips?
THanks.
Gil

Find the closest size to the inlet and buy it. Then clamp it down real good. It'll easily stay on.

I have a K&N cone filter on my intake bike that is 1.75" pipe, and it fits a little loose on it but snugs down real nice, I'll send you the part number when I get home. If you like you can go to www.cruiserperformance.com and see if he lists the K&N part number of the filter, the filter is small so it won't take up much engine bay space.

Yeah the turbo and just about everything else will smoke ALOT. All the grease from your hands is all over it and has to burn off.

The neighbors love seeing that emoji

Not to mention smelling it.

If you really want to live a F&F moment, have a few friends gather around when you open your hood after driving it. I know we did that to Dan after his first rebuild. NoBoost smoked like a mutha emoji

Oh to answer your original question, you can always buy a transition silicon hose of 3"-2" and use a piece of 3" pipe....yada yada yada clamp down real good.
