I was right. My old POS downpipe was the cause of all my problems. I had Len and his buddy at Chill Factory make me a custom 3in downpipe. What a world of a differance it made. My car make 6psi of boost a hair before 3k and then spikes to 9 psi in high rpms. The unit is a work of art! I highly recommend Chill Factory to anyone who wants a quality part.

yeah when i first saw that dp you had with the crush bend at the top and that werid compression fitting it just did not look like it would flow very well and i did not think it would seal right at the turbo.

No problem. Car pulls like she was ment to now. It felt a little "slow" after driving Len's car but I'm VERY VERY happy with the results. The car has a new sound and feel to it.

Tell Len i said Hi.

I think there would be a market for this product if he chose to mass produce it.

<edit>

I say that, then i remember you got the POS DoYouHaveAttitude turbo "kit". So much for that idea.

good thing I found this agian. Sorry I took so long to reply, I just got my internet working recently.

Len is mass producing his own turbo kit for the 2gnt now. but, I really should consult him before releasing anymore info regarding Chill Factory products tho. Let's just say they are keeping busy emoji

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.

If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good.

Next time I'm at the shop I'll ask Len to take some more pix.

Mine is slightly different that what you would get with Chill Factory's Hahn replacement 3in DP. Hell I don't have a Mitsu turbo! But it would be pretty close. At least you know the quality is good

i didn't use 1 flange to enlarge it to 3" and then bolt it down.. i made 2.5" pipes with 2 3/4" inlets but everyone thought they flowed like ass mandrel bent an 2 3/4 " to 2.5"

(baby b was crush bent btw)
