Any wires will work. Go to advanced auto parts and ask for the part number 1283 NGK's. And oil types dont make much of a difference as longh as its synthetic.

15-50 is pretty thick stuff. it'll protect your engine when its hot better than 10w-30 because it will be thicker than 10w-30 after the engine is hot. But our engine were made for 10w-30 so you can run it all season like that.
just remember thicker oil harder to move through so you lose horsepower, thiner oil is easer to move through so more hp.
but if where you live is pretty warm I say go for it.
as for plug wires just do a resitance check on em. It sez how to do it in the manual pretty easy you just need a ohm meter or multimeter. if they're out of spec replace em. I believe the material in a stock plug wire will last 5 years or 2 or 3 I forget. They're not made for longevity. When I got my car one of the spark plug wires was like open, the spark was jumping through the wire. BAD
so if they're bad replace thats about it. while your at it replace it with something better hehe like magnecor or something.
