I have a problem, I noticed my car was running like crap and oil was filling up my spark plug holes. When I did a compresion check #2 was only 30lbs and the rest were fine. What is wrong?

JE 8:8.1 with rings boared .20 over
Seinze custom rods (600+hp)
Knife edged and shaved crank
Clevite bearings
Shaved oil pump to bump up oil preasure
Stage 3 ported and pollished head
twin Accel coil packs
PT lashers
ov

wierd........very wierd.......oil in yoru spark plug hole could mean a blown spark plug well gasket, but that shouldnt' affect your compression. maybe a cracked head???? I don't know.
