ok the fmic i am looking at right now and the dimensions are 22x9x3. the inlets are not on the same side (like hahn); they are on opposite ends, top left corner, top right corner.

what do you all think, is the piping going to be ok to make or should i look for something that have the inlets on the same side?

Hey,
I was going through the same thing about 2 weeks ago. Some guys will tell you you can use the opposite side outlets and they made it work. The problem is they are avenger guys who have an extra 6" to play with in between the turbo and radiator. I looked on my car and its IMPOSSIBLE to run a pipe to the passenger side. Go on ebay and look up boostcoolers as the seller. Search for this one under their auctions:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2436662734&category=33742

This one's actually for sale now so bid!!

I have this one and it's gonna work awesome. They sent me the wrong FMIC by mistake emoji but they have AWESOME customer service cause the day I called them they made mine and sent it out... same day!!! They are CUSTOM MADE. Highly recommended.

PS- Don't worry about the outlets being on the "wrong side"... just have the backside face out.. it won't say Spearco but who cares emoji

I don't know yet man... I'll be back in college for a few weeks when it comes on tuesday emoji

But I would say it looks like the Hahn because it looks like the fins run horizontal... not sure about how the star looks.

$400 is a lot but trust me, their nice... Even when I opened the wrogn one they sent me, it was done nice and neatly. Your call tho. I can let you know how exactly it is in 3 weeks when I come back and install it.

If you are considering prividing your own piping, hose couplers, etc, we could sell you an HRC FMIC with bolt-in mounting for a good price. Shoot me a call @ 630-801-1417 if ya like.

Boost It!
Bill

Are the Hahn and Star intercoolers bar and plate or tube and fin?
