Micael, how are your injectors wired? Did you use both injector channels like on Corbin's writeup? Triggered mode should be good if you did that.

What he ment by skipping an RPM signal is that - in triggered mode the 034 will trigger one injector bank on on RPM signal and the second injector bank on the next. Back and forth - the injectors get fired every other revolution so that each individual bank will fire every other revolution.

Continuous mode means that both banks will fire every revolution.

I "thought" that trigger fired one injector bank on one tach signal and the other injector bank on the next signal (switching back and forth). I also "thought" that continuous fired both injector banks at the same time, but only every other tach signal. This would give both trigger and continuous the same average fuel flow. I could have sworn that the manufacturer told me that.

Now here's the tricky part:

The manufacturer web site says "Trigger Mode: *important* "Continuous" fires the injectors based on MAP only, NO RPM, "Triggered" fires each driver based on the map of MAP and RPM. If you don't have a useable RPM signal, then Continuous will work fine for most applications, but to have the greatest accuracy and tuneability, RPM should be included. Diesel applications should use Continuous Mode."

Fook! So, just use trigger and be done with it.

Ohhhhh. So continuous is Alpha-N mode and Triggered is speed density. My bad. Thanks for catching that Corbin.

You'll loose the whole RPM tuning range(and possibly the matrix values altogether) with Alpha-N and thats not a very good mode for gasoline turbo cars. It good for diesel motors, but doesn't work well for 4 stroke gas motors. Stick with speed density.
