I put a stage II - III turbo setup on my car...will it pass??

Do they check Emission? open the hood? interior??

I was worried about that too but since the kit is going out, I am off the hook for worries. Yeah who knows how long it will take, but it's suppose to be a simple check of your OBDII. So you have to make sure no CEL are on. But I don't think our cars are subject to the "sniffer" or visual test anymore.
