i'm buying an intercooler for my turbo and really like the hrc and star intercoolers but i dont want to pay anywhere near $500 for one. Does anyone know the sizes so i could look for one around the same size? thanks in advance.

Check ebay. That had some spearcos a few days ago but you would have to get your own custom piping.

You could get a core and have a welder put ends on it however you need it.
