#57569, "EUREKA!!!! BOV caused vac leak! Can I fix it?"
My HKS STD BOV had like a nick at the very edge of the diaphram. It was letting vacuum pass through causing my leak. I happen to ike the STD b/c it's not obnoxious or anything. I turned the diaphram around and the leak went away, but I want to know if I can use like an RTV to kinda fix the nick if this happens again? I figure it will be cheaper for me to buy a decent used BOV before trying to get a new diaphram from HKS, but has anybody had any experience with them?

The diaphram is fairly inexpensive, but is not worth it IMHO. This BOV only sells for $60 retail. They are not that great at 12psi or more. They may hold the pressure, but when they blow it is like an explosion which may cause a surge. They work well at 10psi and below though.
Check your WTB ad in the for sale section. I got ya hooked up with something you should be able to afford.
