#57554, "turbo timer goin freakin insane"

i have the apexi tt turbo timer and at WOT the 02 voltage goes from .94 at half throttle then goes DOWN to .006 at wide open. mmkay? and my a/f goes from like 13 to 17 and keeps climbing the faster i go

i think its WAY off, possibly a bad 02 because i have NO knock whatsoever and the car is running insanely good. but if it were a bad 02 whouldnt a get a cel?

Not necessarily a bad O2. Check your tt connections to your signal wire for o2 and ground. Probably the same principle for A/F guages and that's where I messed up. I didnt solder my connections and the gauge went whacko. Did you solder?

no i didnt solder i just spliced into the 02 wire and ecu ground.

wiring seems to be fine....if it wasnt, the timer wouldnt stay on becasue the ground is connected to the ECU ground.

Have you experimented with different ground points? Just wondering now. Other then trying another of the same TT to test it out I would be lost after that.

Well...here was my experiance. My A/F guage was freakin out and all the lights were coming on. Threw a pocket logger on it and watched the A/F voltages. I was getting readings from .004 to 1.06, graph was all over the place. Fixed my shoddy connections and the problem righted itself.
