#56715, "need ideas on how to mount fogger nozzle?"

Ok I drilled/tapped the hole under the intake tube right near the battery to keep it out of sight. But it came loose and kind of moves around in there because the aluminum is thin. I was looking into getting two nuts to tighten it on there, one on the inside and the other outside but i cant fit my hand that far down the intake pipe. I have a couple of other ideas but just want to see what everyone else comes up with.

I'd be very skeptical about putting anything inside the intake piping that could possibly come loose(eg. a small nut). You could have it welded, or fab up a hose clamp to hold it on, much like the EGT probes do on exhaust manifolds, although, that will show. Since its aluminum, JB Weld will prob not hold up too well..I'm not too familiar with the nozzles, but if you can possibly have a nut welded to the intake pipe, then just thread in the nozzle, that would be ideal.

ugh... emoji

I've been thinking of spraying myself, and have been worrying about this exact same thing. That CAI piping sure isn't very thick, and you've confirmed what I was afraid might happen to me.

My friend has a NitrousExpress kit on his Sentra SE-R that was installed by the local performance shop here, I looked the other day and it seemes they used some sort of thread locking compound on his nozzle to hold it into the CAI pipe. I guess I need to find out what they used, since he's mentioned selling his kit to me if I want to buy it.

I'll try to find more info this week.

I bought a rubber grommet that fit tightly against the fogger nozzle, drilled the hole in the intake and put the grommet in and it held the nozzle firmly in place. Not 100% sure this will work with your application though because your nozzle is on the underside, so it might still wiggle loose eventually.
