im running a t3/t4 turbo with a sidemount and boosting 6-9 psi. my question is im running the walbro 255 inline and accel intak fuel pump. my fuel gauge is reading 65-75 psi at idel thats a little too high y is it getting so much presure it wasnt like that when i was running the stock intank fuel pump i was getting good presure with the stock intank and inline pump at 45-55 psi. im using the cartech reg. i know i know i need to get rid of it i will soon. and my question bout my egt gauge problem is that when im crusin 70-80 mph it reads 14-15. y is it getting so hot. im still on stock injetors is that y. im planning on getting so differnt injetors soon. but got to work with wat u got now.

You need to undo the lock nut and use a hex wrench on the Cartech to lower your idle fuel pressure WAY down. The cartech has a habit of changing your idle fuel pressure from day to day. Keep checking it. I believe you want 43psi on stock injectors, lower on bigger ones. Your pumps are a good combination.
If you're running pig rich, you can create afterburn (fuel burning in the manifold) that can cause your EGT to go up.

yes i do have a air/fuel gauges when i stomp on it it at rich. i tried to adjust the cartech reg. but when i shut the car off then restart it the presure goes back up to were it was. wat the deal.

The deal is that its a Cartach FPR. Everyone I have worked with has done that for some stupid reason. Get the Vortech SFMU. You will be very pleased with this regulator. Also, cruising at 70-80, will give you EGT's in the 1400-1500 range. Also, you can lower your EGT's by 50+ degrees if you block off your EGR system, but a CEL will result. I have a blocked off EGR, and cruising at 70, i see about 1400 EGT.
Stock injectors you need to idle around 47-50 psi max. At 6-7 psi, you need around 100 psi of fuel pressure. If you get the SFMU, use the largest disk(comes factory shipped with it in) and the shorter, darker spring(a longer silver spring comes in it, you need to switch it out). Set the fuel pressures with the car idleing, to 47 psi or so.

You can't necessarily really do anything to lower the EGT. And in all reality, if your running right (not rich or lean) you don't want to lower it. You WILL have higher EGT's at higher MPH and higher boost, it just comes with the territory. Anything other than a 1400 to 1500 at high MPH and boost would indicate there is something wrong, those readings are about right.
You *should* have a decent size exhuast on though and intercoolers are a good idea. You want to make sure that when you let off the gas that heat is expelled quickly and you don't have high temps like that lingering.
Temp wise you should be more concerned with the engine and engine bay itself. Turbos = heat, so do what you can to keep it cool under the hood. If you need suggestions for that hit me up.
